Sure when someone throws you on the spot, posing feels tough.

But posing can be very simple.

You see, @simplyfitltd shot here, there is no major things here other than pushing her foot forward and going onto her toe, that makes this super posey!

It’s more the natural element of Sharon just simply “Being herself”

Simple smile.
Simple pose.
Effective shot.

Don’t try and overcomplicate posing.

Just act natural and be you.

I cannot explain how important it is to have regular content going out.

Whilst this time is very bizarre in the UK, for many PT’s your clients will be looking at their phones even more than ever.

They’re looking for inspiration.
They’re looking for guidance.
They’re looking for a hero to help them stay positive and get results.

If you’re not posting regularly, at least 6 times a week then you need to do more.

Find a way to help your audience.
Find a way to educate and guide them.

Don’t be out off by others negativity.
Be the person who shows how it can be done.

Why do different shoots?

Well, it makes your content more interesting.

Using the same style of images each week gets boring to the followers.

They want to be inspired by you, see the life you live, if you are who you say you are and practise what you preach.

Myself and @girlgainzblog have shot various different shoots now, hopefully even more in the future.

She wants to help her clients do and achieve more, hence why she pushes herself regularly.

Focus on what your clients will benefit from and not what the haters will question about you.

I miss capturing moments...

Those moments where people step put their comfort zone and see themselves in a different way... normally the way they have always wanted to see themselves.

I can’t wait to be back out there and doing more of it.

To me, it’s as good as a drug, it gives me a massive buzz and a huge surge of energy when I capture those moments for people.

Stand so tall you levitate.

It’s easy to forget some shoots when you do so many.

Occasionally an image gets pulled back around and comes to see the light of day again.

@samii_fitness shoot with me was one that was out of her comfort zone.

But, she clearly enjoyed herself, so much she took off!!!

POSE LIKE A PRO:
FEMALE POSING GUIDE.

Today’s shot selection is from @beckikeegan studio shoot.

1: Place your hand onto your head. It allows you to stretch the body more and gives the hand further away from camera a purpose. Also, adds to the sass if you play with your hair.

2: Use the hand closest to the camera to cover your chest and pull against your tricep to make the muscle pop.

3: Using the same hand against the leg to twist your upper body away from the camera to reveal your side/ back muscles.

4: Sit with your shins on the floor and legs apart to balance you. This can also help with making the bum look better too!

5: Lean forward slightly and chest up so that you curve your bum more and make yourself sit up taller in the shot.

Give it a go at home!

Anyone else missing the gym?

Can’t deny, I’m missing the gyms being open. I like my training but what I like more is more people doing what they love and getting results.

It’s frustrating when you can’t work/ live/ do the things you want to do.

But, you can focus on WHAT YOU CAN DO!

Maybe you can teach yourself a new way to achieve your goals.

If you really want something that bad, you can make it happen.
