Aggressive patience is all about balancing your drive to achieve your goals with your ability to maintain composure and self-control.

It means staying focused on your objectives while being flexible enough to adapt to obstacles and setbacks.

Aggressive patience doesn't mean being passive or complacent. It means taking action with a sense of urgency, but without becoming reactive or aggressive.

It's about having the mental toughness to keep going when things get tough, and the emotional intelligence to regulate your emotions and stay calm under pressure.

So next time you feel frustrated or discouraged, remember to practice aggressive patience. Stay committed to your vision, but also stay grounded in the present moment.

Keep pushing forward with determination, but also accept the things you cannot control. And always remember that the journey is just as important as the destination.

Potentially not.

We’ve all been there, sometimes the issues is, you’re looking in the wrong direction to be listened too.

That’s where you stop.

It’s like trying to seek approval from people that you don’t need approval from, it’s pointless to keep pushing.

One of our team is a Phenomenal professional athlete who pushes herself further than many women I’ve met.

Yet, she was looking for people that were not like her.

She was searching for every day people who wanted a bit off the waist.

Sure she can deliver that but…

What’s the point in having a Super Car and not taking it out of first gear.

After searching into her personality and what makes her tick, it made sense, she needs more driven athletic business people, they don’t need a cuddle, they need to be pushed and tested.

I could hear over the call the penny drop.

All the wasted time, procrastination, no enthusiasm for content, a huge mental block and worst of all, just feeling lost.

It was only after that chat the emotions stepped out the way and the action taker stepped up.

Sure it takes more than a phone call to solve the bigger picture, but she’s more than capable to do it herself.

As she’s already successful, but just needed too change lanes to really get up to 5th gear.

My question, is this you?

Happy Mother’s Day to my amazing wife @jadelaramark and all you other amazing mothers out there.

The ability to grow, produce and give a baby everything it needs from your body let alone the recovery afterwards is incredible.

I genuinely couldn’t do all this without my wife, as someone who is career driven, I needed to find someone who wanted to be a family first mother so we got the best of both worlds.

You make our house a home, our babies into children and make sure we do disconnect and be present. (Whilst she’s currently shopping on her phone next to me)

The key fundamentals of our relationship have always been focus on more on communicating and taking action.

Not letting issues last longer than they need to.

Do what we can to give the kids a better tomorrow.

Don’t judge each other but learn from bad situations so we can support each other better.

Tiredness and emotional thinking is just that, don’t let it ruin your connection.

Thank you for supporting our family and me. Excited for more adventures and memories ahead of us.

Start from where you are and what you’ve got…

It’s easy to forget what we had done and achieved.

I’ve had multiple conversations this week with coaches who are saying they are not getting many new leads or poor ones.

They in turn were doubting themselves.

It’s been cold, cost of living, it’s been raining more, people getting cancelled for saying their truth.

Many people don’t know where to turn.

But, turning in on yourself is not the answer.

To instantly say you’re not good enough, why are others winning is just an emotional reaction.

To think you’re worse or less equipped than someone else is just emotional reactions.

The practical path here is to look at the situation, work out what you could or might be missing, what seems to be working for others, showcasing your story and if you’re lost in your journey what your new journey is…

Leaders always lead.

They’re practical they use their emotions to showcase to themselves how much they want success and what they’ll do to achieve it over self sabotage.

In our community, we’ve had multiple people get huge wins and take huge steps forward.

3 people have taken action to move on from previous careers. HUGE WINS.

1 client has actually gained more clients this week than last month.

Some have taken more downtime to get clear on their path to success.

And the best win is, I used my self doubt, realised I wasn’t using my best ability’s, turned it into a new program where I now have the most amazing clients sharing voice notes and messages of how their lives are drastically better within 8 weeks.

I did that because I was no longer going to settle for only helping with half of my ability.

I did that because people needed my knowledge more than I realised.

I did that mainly because the fact is… I need to be the best Dad, Husband, friend and businessman for everyone.

You have the ability in you to make change, but you’re focused on emotions that aren’t practical in getting you to your goals.

You’re focusing in on metrics you can’t control.

You can find good people today.
You can find new good leads today.
You can change lives and impact more today.
