We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website within the first 14 days of booking. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us or can no longer attend the shoot, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to let us know in the first two weeks after their booking if you need to re-arrange the shoot or cancel the shoot.
Ben Mark Photography has to turn away other work on the booked dates due to your booking, after 14 days, this booking can not be refunded, but will be transferable to another date within 12 months of the original booking date.
If a shoot has to be cancelled due to weather issues including both Urban and Makeitrain shoots, another date will be organised at the earliest opportunity to still provide the service purchased by yourself/ the client.
In the event that Ben Mark Photography can no longer make the service you have purchased available at all, then either a full refund or a service charge will be offered to the client.
If alternative dates have been made available within 6 months of the date of the service you booked, then a refund is not available and a date change will be offered.
