Love days like today, London + Sun + Photography = Happy Me
Adam Hayley my PT got in contact and asked me if I could take a few pics of one of his clients (Marco), he’s been training for 4 weeks and he’s absolutely shredded already.
Adam was training me whilst I was at K2 and Nuffield, I haven’t seen much of him since his move to Ultimate Performance in London, he is often working long hours and busy with all his clients, it was good to catch up with him and hear/see all the knowledge he has gained since his move.
Marco is a top man, he is a waiter in a restaurant in the City and is looking incredible for only 4 weeks worth of training !!!
As soon as I got there, we got straight to it and started firing away.
